Community Trigger Application
  1. The more information you include in this form, the faster we will be able to address your issue.
  1. Anyone living within the Northumberland County Council area who is affected by anti-social behaviour is entitled to use the Community Trigger. The Trigger brings all the agencies with responsibility to tackle anti-social behaviour problems together, to review the case and try to find a solution.
  2. You can activate the Community Trigger on behalf of someone else if you have their written consent
  3. The Community Trigger is designed to ensure that there is a review where cases have been reported and no action has been taken. It is not a complaints procedure
  5. For the Community Trigger to be valid you need to meet one of the below criteria
    • (1)You have reported ASB 3 times or more in the last 6 months to either Northumberland County Council, Northumbria Police and/or your landlord and no action has been taken
    • (2) You and at least 4 other people have reported the same issue in the last 6 months to either Northumberland County Council, Northumbria Police and/or your landlord and no action has been taken.
