Report A Low Grit Heap

1. PLEASE READ if you want to report a low grit heap:
2. In rural areas, grit heaps may be placed on the verges by roads on steep hills. Where the resources allow, the grit heaps will be replenished during the winter with grit for public use.
3. You can use the grit to help clear snow and ice from roads and footpaths around your home and those of neighbours who may need help.
4. Grit provided should not be used for treating private property.
