Request permission to use NCC land for your event

1. Completion of this form does not mean that you have been given permission to hold your event on land owned by Northumberland County Council
2. If you are given permission to use Northumberland County Council land for your event you will be issued with a contract which must be signed and returned to the relevant officer before the event takes place.
3. There may be a fee to use Northumberland County Council land for your event, this will be agreed with the site manager.
4. When you organise an event you will be responsible for:
5. • Obtaining all relevant licences
6. • Completing all necessary risk assessments
7. • Producing an event plan if you expect more than 12 people to take part (this includes spectators)
8. • Organising removal of all waste and litter generated by the event
9. • Holding adequate public liability insurance
10. • Holding all relevant safety certificates
11. • Repair or replacement of any Northumberland County Council property damaged by the event
